In order to introduce new effective mechanisms for the comprehensive promotion of increasing employment and increasing incomes of the population, providing employment for the unemployed, especially young people and women, graduates entering the labor market for the first time, creating favorable conditions for attracting vulnerable segments of the population to work, as well as further stimulating the activities of subjects entrepreneurship that create new jobs, on April 13 this year, a job fair "Career Day" was held at the Tashkent Architectural and Civil Engineering University. The Institute was filled with representatives of construction and management companies, government agencies, design institutes and students working in the country. More than 70 organizations took part in the job fair with their vacancies. 390 students visited the fair and filled out job applications. In addition, about 40 direct contracts were signed at the fair between talented young civil engineers and companies with vacancies.

Such job fairs are held not only in Uzbekistan, but also in universities in other countries. It's just that the appearance may be different. Today's Career Day not only provides students with employment opportunities, but also promotes cooperation between construction and service companies. Soon we will move to the new building of our institute. As a result, we will be able to hold such fairs at a high level at the new training campus. I also plan to organize a similar fair with the participation of international construction companies. Such career days serve to provide employment for students.
