Webinar 38: Reconstruction of apartment blocks, Tartu experience

On July 19, 2023, from 11:00 to 13:30 (UTC+6), a webinar will be held as part of the PROMHOUSE project in collaboration with the European educational centre for the housing and real estate industry (EBZ), Bochum, within the framework of «Training of Trainers» (ТоТ), programme. Webinar No. 38 will focus on the topic: "Reconstruction of apartment blocks, Tartu experience". The event will discuss the energy modernization policy of Estonia's housing stock. Additionally, modern support programs for homeowner associations (HOAs) will be presented. The specific practices and the process of reconstructing residential buildings, along with the financial, technical, organizational, and social aspects, will be highlighted using the example of the “SmartenCity” project in Tartu, aimed at modernizing “khrushchevka” buildings.
