Webinar as part of the Promhouse project

From 17 to 18 April this year, a seminar on the program "Training for trainers": phase IV on the topic "Housemaster activities and energy-saving measures in homes" will be held. This seminar will be organized with the participation of the Promhouse project partners: Eastern European Housing Initiative (HIE), European Education Center for the Housing and Real Estate Industry (EBZ), Association of Professional Housing Managers and Service Organizations (Association of Professional Housing Managers and Maintenance Companies) in the conference hall of the hotel "Grand Capital" at the address: 100000 Tashkent, st. Shakhriobod, 2.
The seminar will be attended by Christian Seip, Head of Real Estate Management Department of a housing cooperative, trainer (EBC), European Educational Center for Housing and Real Estate Economics from Bochum, Germany and Viktor Grinevichius, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Vice-Rector for Research, Professorship for Energy in Real Estate, EBZ Business School GmbH, sg. Bochum, Germany.
During the two days, participants will study topics such as:

house master - core competencies and scope of work
housemaster technical tasks
energy modernization of residential buildings in germany – innovative examples
On the second day of the seminar, a round hundred will be held on the topic: "Specialty "house master", connection with practice" with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the educational institution: Almalyk Architectural and construction college.
