On April 13 of this year, the courtyard of the Tashkent Architectural and Civil Engineering University was filled with representatives of construction and management companies, government agencies, design institutes and students working in the country. More than 70 organizations took part in the job fair with their vacancies. 390 students visited the fair and filled out job applications. In addition, about 40 direct contracts were signed at the fair between talented young civil engineers and companies with vacancies.

Since 2019, an Energy Efficiency Fund has been established and has been operating in Ukraine, financed from the state budget of Ukraine, financial support from the EU and the German government. The Energy Efficiency Fund is a government agency that develops instruments aimed at improving energy efficiency. Over the past two years, practical experience has been accumulated in energy-saving modernization of housing stock, which will be shared by experts - experts on energy conservation in buildings from Ukraine, Anatoly Necheporchuk and Alexander Trufanov, who are actively involved in the practical implementation of projects for the rehabilitation of houses.
