
On April 8, 2021, an international online colloquium of the International Association of Real Estate Management was held in Minsk (MAMN) on the topic "Housemaster in Housing and Utilities - Western Experience or Global Practice?" with the support of the Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO).

An example of one highly legal legislative process that sends homeowners into the dark


2020 has not been an easy year for all of us. The coronavirus pandemic has made changes not only in our personal plans, but inevitably influenced the implementation of the project, in particular, it has made adjustments to the formats of the project activities. However, this allowed us to acquire new skills and master previously unused approaches in project management, namely, to transfer events to online mode, which allowed us to realize the planned goals and objectives of the project for 2020.

The aim of the webinar was to acquaint the responsible employees of housing management companies, associations of homeowners with the qualifications of “house masters” in order to establish a similar institute of “housemaster” in their companies in the future to improve their home maintenance work. And also to improve the qualifications of technical staff of organizations that manage and maintain the housing stock.
