Completed training in the I. Phase of the training program "Training for Trainers" (ToT).
I. The ToT phase included training in 7 main modules:
- Establishing and managing residential property
- Housemaster
- Teaching methods / Didactics / Organisation of vocational training
- Digitalization
- Communication
- Service 'Qualification' / Individual topics for further qualification
- Building services engineering / Energy efficiency in buildings / Renewable energy refurbishment
TRAINING PROGRAM “TRAINING FOR TRAINERS“
In order to improve the professionalism of housing managers, the PROMHOUSE project has developed the programme "Training for Trainers" (ToT). The first phase of the programme with seven training modules will take place online from 12 October to 16 December 2020 and will comprise 48 training hours. The total number of hours of the entire programme is 256.
Webinar: Training for Trainers
The purpose of the webinar is to familiarize the participants with the Central Asia Invest V program of the European Union - increasing the competitiveness of small businesses, the objectives of the PROMHOUSE project - the current project results, plans for the near future and professional training of housing managers in partner countries.
Webinar: Institute "Housemaster" in Germany and Belarus
On August 20, 2020 at 10:30 an online webinar will be held on the topic: "Housemaster" Institute in Germany and Belarus.
The purpose of the webinar is to familiarize the participants with the activities of "Housemaster", the range of its tasks, competencies and professional training in Germany and Belarus. And also to organize a discussion on the implementation of the "Housemaster" institute in the efforts of the PROMHOUSE project partners - Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The webinar was organized jointly by the Eastern European Housing Initiative (IWO), Berlin, Germany and the Association of Professional Managers and Housing Services Organizations, Tashkent, Uzbekistan within the framework of the EU project - PROMHOUSE.
