Association of Professional Managers and Housing Services Organizations

The Association operates in the Republic of Uzbekistan and is a non-profit organization. It is organized by Professional Management Organizations and Housing Specialists to develop the housing services market in the Republic of Uzbekistan

The objectives of the Association are:

assisting in the implementation of reforms in the housing and utilities sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the development of the housing services market;
Improving the quality of management and maintenance of the housing stock and the provision of public services to the population;
Coordination of the activities of professional managers and organizations serving the housing fund, as well as representation and protection of the interests of members of the Association.

Round table discussion professional housing management and energy efficiency refurbishment of the housing stock

On June 29, 2023, from 09:45-13:30 (UTC+6), a round table discussion on "Professional Housing Management and Energy Efficiency: Residential Building Reconstruction" will take place for stakeholders in the housing and utilities sector. The meeting will be conducted by Alexander Bely, Ph.D., Executive Director of the Kazakhstan Green Building Council (KazGBC), and Larissa Schreckenbach, Project Coordinator of the Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO) based in Berlin, Germany, in a hybrid format.
