The Shanyrak Association of Management, Service and Energy Service Entities in the Housing Sector (hereinafter - the Shanyrak Association) is an active participant in the housing sector, takes an active part in the development of the housing sector, the development of qualifications required in the sector.
Within the framework of the PROMHOUSE Project "Professionalization of Management in the Housing Sector", the "Shanyrak" Association continues to work on improving the activities of real estate management. Currently, a voluntary association of experts and organizations engaged in the development of professional management of residential and non-residential real estate (management of the Moscow Railways) has been created - the Council for Qualifications in the Field of Real Estate Management.
On April 22, 2021, a round table was held to discuss the activities of the Qualifications Council in the field of real estate management and the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The round table was attended by representatives of KazCenter Housing and Utilities Sector, industry associations of employers in the housing and utilities sector, management and service companies from different regions of Kazakhstan: Petropavlovsk, Pavlodar, Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Aktau.
Within the framework of the round table, the international experience of real estate management, the development of qualification standards and qualification programs as one of the main elements of the certification system were considered. proposed for implementation in Kazakhstan.
Based on the results of the discussions, the participants of the round table signed a Memorandum of Cooperation for the implementation of activities in the field of real estate management in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
