On October 27 of this year with the support of the state municipal state enterprise "Methodological Center" of Astana Akimat, a municipal seminar on "Creating conditions for the formation of professional competencies: installation of switchgear and electrical networks" was held at the Construction and Technical College.
"The main purpose of the college is to train professional personnel. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to link education and business. The proof is the cooperation with our social partners as the Shanyrak Association," said the director of the college S. Malgeldinov.

The seminar was attended by teachers of special disciplines and masters of industrial training of technical colleges of Astana, as well as an expert of the Shanyraq Association and coordinator of the project "PROMHOUSE – Promoting professional housing management in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan" Bermukhambetova B.B. In her speech, Botagoz Bulatovna emphasized the role of the PROMHOUSE Project in the development of educational programs and the introduction of a new specialty "Real estate Manager".

The seminar discussed the role of cooperation between employers and the education sector in the training of professional personnel. The issues of professional training were included in the content of the Memorandum between the Construction and Technical College and the Shanyraq Association.
Within the framework of this cooperation, teachers of the Astana Construction and Technical College participated in study tour to Germany and Estonia, which played a positive role in the preparation of materials and documents for obtaining a license for the training of "House Masters".
The seminar participants got acquainted with the material and technical base of the college - visited workshops, laboratory rooms, training grounds.
