Republican practical forum was held on the development of technical specialties

On October 28 this year, on the basis of the Almaty Construction and Technical College, an open republican practical forum was held on the development of technical specialties of the educational and methodological association in the profile "Construction and Communal Services"

 

The purpose of this event is to form a practical approach to the implementation of the interaction of colleges within the framework of the work of the educational and methodological association on the profile "Construction and public utilities".

The Forum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Education of Almaty, directors of 100 colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as social partners such as Knauf, Groe, furniture factory of Almaty, manufacturer of paint and varnish products "Rainbow", management and service companies LLP "Facility Management Group" and LLP "Property Management Service" and others . The social partner - the Association of Subjects of Management, Service and energy services in the housing sector "Shanyrak" took an active part in the forum.

The event was held in several directions:

The welcoming speech was delivered by the Director of the Almaty Construction and Technical College, B. Akhmetov, Head of the Department of Content and Methodology of the Department of Technical and Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Oshakbayeva, Head of the Department of VET, Department of Education of Almaty, E. Abishaev.

"The housing and communal services industry is experiencing a shortage of professional specialists, such as plumbers, electricians, masters of maintenance of engineering systems in an apartment building, specialists in the operation of buildings and structures. In this regard, within the framework of the Promhouse project, with the support of the European Union, educational programs were developed in the specialty "Real Estate Management"," Shanyrak  B.Bermukhambetova, an expert of the association, noted in her speech.

                                                                            

 

 "Our construction and technical college, thanks to cooperation with the Shanyrak Association, was one of the first in Kazakhstan to receive a license for training in the House Master qualification, which involves training specialists with all the necessary knowledge for the management and maintenance of real estate," the director of the college B. Akhmetov said in his speech.

According to the forum program, representatives of education and business took part in master classes and trainings.

In the work of the section of deputy directors, methodologists and teachers of special disciplines "Academic freedom of colleges as a condition for the formation of an actual trajectory of training competitive specialists", an urgent topic was discussed - real cooperation between the employer and the college in the development of educational programs, training modules.

The Forum showed the importance of cooperation between colleges and employers in the training of professional personnel.
