Webinar: Dual Education in Germany - Profession Specialist in Real Estate Economics

Within the framework of the PROMHOUSE project, the Shanyrak Association organized the participation of all project stakeholders in a webinar on the topic “Dual education. The profession of a specialist in real estate economics - differences from a manager ”, prepared by German colleagues from EBZ.
The materials of the webinar were sent to the members of the Working Groups for the Development of the Educational Program and the Development of the Professional Standard, in which management / service companies, industry associations in the field of housing management, the Department for the Development of the Construction Industry and Housing and Utilities of MIIR RK, JSC "Kazakhstan Center for the Development of Housing and Utilities", Polytechnic College of Nur-Sultan, College of KazGASA, Department of TVE MES RK, department of updating the content of TVE NJSC "Talap".
In addition, local executive bodies - representatives of the administrations of akimats of some regions responsible for the implementation of housing policy - joined the webinar.
Upon completion of the study of the materials of the webinar, colleagues from IWO and EBZ organized an online conference, which will be held on July 10, 2020 at 16-00 Nur-Sultan time. The conference will be attended by Mrs. Alex Flecke Vedovelli, lecturer at the European Educational Center for the Economics of Housing and Real Estate (EBC), Bochum, Germany.
Opening remarks will be made by Larisa Schreckenbach, PROMHOUSE Project Manager, Eastern European Housing Initiative (HIWI), Berlin, Germany. L. Schreckenbach will talk about the project, its goals and objectives.
Opening remarks will be made by the chairman of the Association of subjects of management, service and energy service in the housing sector "Shanyrak" Makhambetov Saken - the project manager from the Kazakh side.
All the stakeholders of the project will take part in the online conference from the Kazakh side, as mentioned above. Participants will ask questions about the materials studied, hear comments from an EBZ expert.
