Webinar: Dual Education in Germany - Profession Specialist in Real Estate Economics

The aim of the webinar “Dual Education in Germany - Professionals Specialist in Real Estate Economics” is to familiarize participants with the vocational education system and training specialists in real estate economics in Germany so that they can use this know-how to develop professional education for property and housing managers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
To participate in the webinar, experts from the working group on the development of a professional standard for a housing manager and a training program for colleges in this profession were invited.
The report of Ms. Alexa Flecke-Vedevelli, lecturer at the European Educational Center for Housing and Real Estate Economics (EBC), Bochum, Germany addressed the following topics:

Also, Larisa Shreckenbach, Project Manager at PROMHOUSE, delivered a welcoming speech online. She spoke about the main directions of the EU's work with Central Asian countries in accordance with the new EU strategy. And I dwelt in detail on the main tasks of the project.
During the meeting, key experts agreed on a mechanism for the implementation of the tasks, the necessary requirements for the development of a professional standard for the housing manager. Determination of customer requirements, that is, the Criminal Code as employers will develop their proposals for future personnel, to provide a labor field for practice and implementation sequence and key components.
