On July 18, 2020, within the framework of the Rromhouse project: professionalization of housing management in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, a training webinar was held on the Zoom platform. This webinar was organized jointly in a consortium with the consulting center "Kelajak Shahri Rivoji", which has over 15 years of experience in teaching and organizing seminars, trainings and conferences in both local and international formats. The speaker and expert of the event was Ilkhom Nizomov, an expert in the field of office work and personnel management. The speaker, among other things, informed the participants about the intricacies of office work that affect its effectiveness.

Ortikova Rakhima, Promhouse project manager, thanked the participants for their interest in this topic and for their participation, introduced everyone to the goals and objectives of the project, and noted that this online seminar will find its continuation in the future.

The webinar was attended by both directors of professional management organizations and secretaries, personnel managers, teachers and college directors, managers of business organizations that work with real estate management issues, as well as representatives of development organizations that actively manage newly-built apartment buildings. The participants listened with great interest to the speeches and actively asked questions.
