On July 26, 2020 at 11:00 a webinar within the framework of the Rromhouse project: professionalization of housing management in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan began. The webinar is a continuation, which took place on July 18 on the topic: Office work in professional management companies. The webinar was attended by over 25 participants, representatives of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification, who are members of the workers on the development of professional standards for housing managers. Also, representatives of managing organizations from the cities of Karshi, Olmalik, Navoi, Samarkand, Nukus, Kakand and Tashkent.
During the webinar, the following topics were covered:
- Fundamentals of office work in organizations
- Features of office work and workflow in professional management organizations (PUO)
- Monitoring and methods of execution of office work
- Management of times in office work
- Types of documents that are used by the PUO
- Paperwork (practical assignment)
- Company letterheads, rules for working with them
- Informing: Signatures of managers and details of organizations
- Correct drawing up of protocols and acts
As a result of the webinar, many directors of managing organizations suggested organizing a webinar to study the new law, since the law comes into force on August 1, many directors of the PMO are in dire need of studying this document. At the head of the leaders of the working groups and experts of the Association, the format and constituent details for the next webinar on the new law were agreed.
