The Trainer for Trainers continues to develop the topic – energy rehabilitation of buildings

On August 10, as part of the training program "Training for trainers", a webinar No. 29 "Principles and fundamentals of drawing up the energy concept of multi-storey buildings" was held. An expert on energy saving in buildings, Gulzhan Tleukenova  PhD, the RTW Architectural and Engineering Bureau, Berlin, Germany, presented in its presentation a broad picture of the energy modernization of buildings in Germany.

At the beginning of the event, the speaker made an overview of the German regulatory framework for energy conservation of buildings, the minimum technical requirements for obtaining funding under the state program for energy modernization support. The expert dwelt in detail on the issues – thermal protection and air tightness, thermal bridges.

Gulzhan Tleukenova demonstrated the program (software), with the help of which the concept of energy modernization of the building is calculated. Then modern concepts of heating and ventilation were considered in detail. In conclusion, specific examples from the practice of an expert on the development of energy concepts in the modernization of residential buildings were presented.
