I. Phase of the ´ToT´ Training Programme, webinar 1-17

In order to improve the professionalism of housing managers within the framework of the PROMHOUSE project, a training program “Training for Trainers” (ToT) was developed. The first phase of the program for seven training modules was implemented online from October 12 to December 16, 2020.
 
Target group
The workshop webinars A.4.3. and A.5.5. are conducted for a mixed target group:
  • Trainers at vocational schools (professional colleges in KAZ and UZB).
  • Experts from the partner associations, who participate in the qualification as lecturers / trainers
  • Participants of the working groups "Curriculum" and "Standard" (The participants of the working groups are representatives of the different ministries, e.g. Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of Republic Uzbekistan or Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development Republic Kazakhstan, ministries of education from both countries. The representatives of the vocational schools and associations of housing managers are also present in the working groups.)
  • Active members of the partner associations
  • Other important stakeholders in the housing industry
