14.09.2020 BIO's support in the development of industry certification within the PROMHOUSE project

Within the framework of the PROMHOUSE project, one of the directions is the development and support of BIOs - industry associations. Within this direction, the Association of Subjects of Management, Service and Energy Service in the Housing Sector "Shanyrak", Kazakhstan held a number of activities in the direction of participation of industry associations in the formation of a system of industry certification in the field of real estate management.

In 2019, the Association “Shanyrak” developed a professional standard on “Management of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings” A further area of development is the building of a certification system for qualifications in real estate management.

28.08.2020 Webinar: Institute "Housemaster" in Germany and Belarus

On August 21, 2020 at 13:30 an online webinar was held on the topic: "Housemaster" Institute in Germany and Belarus.
The purpose of the webinar is to familiarize the participants with the activities of "Housemaster", the range of its tasks, competencies and professional training in Germany and Belarus. And also to organize a discussion on the implementation of the Housemaster institute in the efforts of the PROMHOUSE project partners - Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The webinar is organized jointly by the Eastern European Housing Initiative (IWO), Berlin, Germany, European educational centre for the housing and real estate industry (EBZ) from Bochum, Germany and the Association of Subjects of Management, Service and Energy Services in the Housing Sector “Shanyrak” , Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan in the framework of the EU project - PROMHOUSE.

09.07.2020 Webinar: Dual Education in Germany - Profession Specialist in Real Estate Economics

Within the framework of the PROMHOUSE project, the Shanyrak Association organized the participation of all project stakeholders in a webinar on the topic “Dual education. The profession of a specialist in real estate economics - differences from a manager ”, prepared by German colleagues from EBZ.

21.02.2020 Partners working meeting

On February 17, 2020, the first working meeting of partners and a round table for acquaintance with the main organizations interested in the project took place in Nur-Sultan. The partners discussed the general plan of work for the project, as well as the activities planned for the first year. The round table was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Public Utilities JSC, State Polytechnic College, the Shanyrak Association of Management, Service and Energy Services in Housing, and the Association of Professional Managers and Service Organizations Housing fund, NPP Atameken, NAO Holding Kusipor, KSK Association of Almaty and the Peter and Paul Regional Association of PKSK, FN Management LLP. The planned activities of the project are in tune with the political decisions made in the partner countries.
