On March 14-15, 2023, a seminar is held in a hybrid format for the heads of Management Companies on the topic: “INCREASING THE CAPACITY OF ORGANIZATIONS OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF THE HOUSING FUND” as part of the Promhouse project - Professionalization of housing management in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The first day of the seminar will be held in the assembly hall of the Aktash recreation area. On the second day, the participants will visit the Almalyk Architecture and Construction College and get acquainted with the educational process of preparing specialists for the housing and communal sector. A tour of the technical school and an online webinar "Training for trainers" will be organized by the teacher
The organizers of the event is the Association of Organizations of Professional Managers and Servicing the Housing Stock.
The following topics will be presented during the workshop by national and international experts:

• Legal basis for real estate management in the housing sector.
• Management of an apartment building: goals, directions and functions of management:
• Organization of a comprehensive energy modernization of an apartment building
• The relationship between the development of the housing services market and the development of companies

Today, the country has taken a course towards competent professional management of apartment buildings. However, there is no clear mechanism for regulating the cost of services. Therefore, the seminar will also consider the most relevant topics at the moment:

• The cost of services of the governing body
• Active and passive services of management companies
• Leadership development for housing managers.

Goals of the event:

• support the development of the private sector in the region by increasing the number of professional managers, strengthening their role and capacity;
• improve the business environment by promoting measures to increase competitiveness, attract investment, provide access to finance, open up new markets and break red tape.

Mass media are invited to provide broad objective coverage of transformations in the development of professionally presented services to apartment buildings. It is up to you whether the houses will be in the hands of professionals or will be maintained in the old fashioned way.
