We present to your attention the twelfth newsletter for the participants of the network of business contacts of the EU Central Asia Invest Program (CAI).
In this newsletter, we will highlight new developments since the previous newsletter (October 2022), as well as the closing events of some projects already nearing completion (BOOST, CANDY V, ELSOFP, Silk Community Based Tourism). way").

Housing cooperatives are collectively owned and democratically controlled by a group of members, raising resources and lowering the cost of housing services. Housing cooperatives exist all over the world and have emerged in different historical, political and cultural contexts. In some countries they were promoted politically by the state, while in others they arose as a result of social movements.

October 14 as part of the III. The phases of the ToT (Training of Trainers) program of the European Union PROMHOUSE project will continue discussions on the development of the rental/social housing market for the post-Soviet countries.
The webinar "Social Housing - The German Experience" will be hosted by Ralf Protz, Director of the Competence Center for Large Settlements, Berlin, Germany.

The purpose of the event is to show the experience of creating the rental housing market in Belarus and the possibility of its adaptation in the countries of Central Asia.
